CG Pro Prints Integrations offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee in regards to the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce your products. We strive to deliver high quality products based on the order specifications set forth by the account holder. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file or decisions made by the photographer, artist, or their client after the order was placed.
Replacements also require our three-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order (i.e. UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, or UPS Next Day Air).
Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
