Beginning July 31, 2019, we will be closing our Shopify App and WooCommerce Plugin. After this date, any remaining orders imported through the app or plugin may not sync. This has not been a decision we’ve made lightly and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and your business. If you’re currently using to place manual orders, no action is required.

We’d be happy to help guide you towards a new fulfillment partner going forward. Please contact us and we’ll work with you and your eCommerce needs. 

Once you’ve transitioned all products to a new fulfillment partner/app, you’re ready to disconnect from Canvas by CG Pro Prints. To do this, follow the steps below.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.

2. Locate the app you want to uninstall (Canvas by CG Pro Prints), and click the garbage can.

3. Click “Delete.”

In order complete your account setup, you need to add a credit card to your CG Pro Prints Integrations account. Any new orders submitted via your Shopify store are automatically submitted to CG Pro Prints Integrations for fulfillment. Your credit card will be charged for the wholesale product and shipping costs.
We know shipping rates can seem like a daunting task. Weights, destinations, methods, markups – with so many variables, it might seem impossible to get things right. That’s why we offer simple, product-based shipping rates while also letting you choose from a range of methods, all while passing our low costs along to you.

To make the setup process simple for you and ordering easy for your customer, we recommend building the shipping cost into your product pricing. Whether you do this in part or in full, it gives you the flexibility to charge free or flat-rate shipping without worrying about your margins.

Yes, we notify Shopify when an order is shipped and provide tracking information. If you use Shopify notification emails, this will also trigger a tracking notification email to your customer.
We only notify you of items fulfilled by CG Pro Prints Integrations. The order will be marked as partially shipped until you manually mark the rest of the items as shipped in your account.

We recommend that you upload your print-ready images through the Mockup Generator when creating your products. This allows us to store the print-ready images on our server and access them each time an order comes through.

The product price displayed in the app page is the wholesale price that Canvas by CG Pro Prints will charge you for the product. The shipping price listed on the app page is what Canvas by CG Pro Prints will charge you for shipping using your selected method. We recommend that you review your individual product pricing and shipping methods to ensure that you have priced to cover your expenses. You will be charged the pricing shown on this page for each product sold, plus applicable shipping and taxes.
